Linking existing Planet and Airbus accounts

At present, Early Users of the system will be able to order commercial data using a specific EODH token which will enable the ordering of archive imagery from Airbus and Planet. No account linking is required for this.​

In future, users will be able to associate their commercial data account tokens with their EODH account in the 'Account' UI as long as those providers are supported by the Hub. Airbus and Planet are currently supported. The process for each supported data provider, respectively, is outlined below.

Airbus

To access Airbus content on the EODH please contact the Airbus customer service team at ukintelligence-imagerysupport@airbus.com


For existing Airbus customers

  • Contact the Airbus customer service team stating that you would like access to Airbus Optical, and/or Radar data via the EODH.
  • The Airbus team will create new contacts to operate on the EODH.
  • Once this is complete, please self-serve an Airbus API Key via the OneAtlas Developer Portal ‘Get your API Key’.
  • The Airbus API key can then be registered in the EODH platform during the ordering process. Please select the appropriate Airbus contract against each order. For example, please select the contract marked with ‘EODH’ and ‘PNeo’ for Pléiades Neo orders.

For non-Airbus customers

  • Follow the same process as existing customers, but new customers are first onboarded by the Airbus customer service team.

Planet

Existing Planet accounts can be accessed via the EODH by using their API key. Please use these instructions if you need help locating your API key. To create a Planet account, please visit the account setup page for more information.
